Puzzle Throne is a game creation and discovery platform. This Privacy Policy describes how Puzzle Throne accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the app. Effective date: March 26, 2026.

Depending on how you use Puzzle Throne, we may collect:

• Account information such as your name, email address, profile photo, account identifier, and sign-in details provided through Google Sign-In.
• Content you create or upload, including game titles, descriptions, HTML content, thumbnails, tags, version history, and publication choices.
• Activity data such as saved games, likes, and play counts tied to games you interact with.
• Basic technical and service information that may be processed by our infrastructure and authentication providers, such as device or browser data, IP address, and security logs needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Let you create, publish, save, and manage games.
• Display your profile, game content, and user-generated content inside the app.
• Measure in-app activity such as plays, likes, and saved items.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited ways:

• With service providers and platform partners that help us run the app, such as authentication, hosting, database, and AI processing providers.
• With other users when you choose to publish content publicly, such as your published games, profile name, profile image, thumbnails, and public gameplay activity associated with that content.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or the public.

Data Retention And Deletion

We keep data only for as long as needed to operate Puzzle Throne, provide the features you use, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal or security obligations. If you request account deletion, we will delete the account and associated app data, unless we must retain limited information for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Account Deletion Options

You can request deletion of your Puzzle Throne account in two ways:

• In-app: Go to Profile, open the account menu, and tap Delete Account.
• Outside the app: Email puzzlethrone@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account and request account deletion.

When your deletion request is completed, the app is designed to remove your account profile, saved games, created games, version history, the Firebase account used for sign-in, and local uploaded game thumbnails tied to those games.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect data, including authenticated access controls and secure service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Puzzle Throne is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at puzzlethrone@gmail.com.

AI-Generated Content

Puzzle Throne uses an AI generation provider to turn your text prompts into playable game code. When you use the "Create Game" or AI regeneration features:

• Your prompt text is sent through OpenRouter and may be processed by the AI model provider selected for that request.
• We do not store your prompt text on our servers beyond the generated game output, such as the title, description, and HTML code you choose to keep.
• AI providers may process prompts according to their own terms and privacy practices.
• Do not include personal, private, or sensitive information in your prompts.

Third-Party Services

Puzzle Throne relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase Authentication — for user sign-in via Google.
• Cloud Firestore — for storing user profiles, games, saves, and reports.
• OpenRouter — for routing AI generation requests to supported model providers.
• AI model providers accessed through OpenRouter — for producing generated game code and improvement suggestions.

Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Firebase's data processing terms and OpenRouter's privacy policy.
