Road Cross Privacy Policy

Chicken Hop Game. No account, no ads. Anonymous analytics only.

Overview

Road Cross: Chicken Hop Game (package com.roadcross.road_cross) is an endless arcade game. You hop a chicken across roads, rivers and railway crossings. The game has no account or sign-in, and your progress stays on your device. It sends anonymous analytics and session recordings to two analytics providers so we can see how the game is played and improve it.

Effective date: October 15, 2026. Contact: puzzlethrone@gmail.com

Information Stored On Your Device

The game saves the following in the app's on-device storage. None of it is sent to us:

  • Your best score and your coins.
  • The characters you have unlocked, the one you chose, and any relics you have found.
  • Zone and world progress, and an unfinished run, so you can carry on where you left off.
  • Your language setting and which intro screens you have already seen.

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, erases this data.

Analytics And Session Recording

We use two analytics providers:

  • PostHog (EU Cloud) for product analytics and session replay.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase for app events, such as app open, install, background and session start.

The analytics data includes:

  • App events such as open, install and background, and when sessions start and end.
  • Session recordings of the game screens and your taps. The game has no text entry and shows no personal information on screen.
  • A random analytics ID kept on your device, and the device and app details these SDKs normally send, such as app version, device model, operating system and language.
  • Your IP address, which the providers receive when the app connects to them. We do not use it to identify you.

We use this data to measure how the game is played and to improve it. We do not sell it. PostHog and Google process it under their own privacy terms, linked below.

Advertising

Road Cross does not show ads. The Firebase Analytics SDK declares the Android advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), but the app does not use the advertising ID to show ads.

Permissions And Network

  • Internet and network state – to load the game and to send the analytics described above.
  • Advertising ID – declared by Firebase Analytics, as described above.

Road Cross does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or notifications.

What Road Cross Does Not Do

  • No account or sign-in.
  • No advertising.
  • No sale of personal data.
  • No in-app purchases in this version.

Children's Privacy

Road Cross is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will review the request.

Data Retention And Deletion

Data on your device is erased when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. PostHog and Google keep analytics data under their own retention settings. The analytics IDs are random and stored on your device, so we usually cannot link them to you. To ask about analytics data, contact us.
